Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, we may collect:

User Data (“Memories”)

We store and process the content you choose to save through MemoAIr, including:

• Highlighted text and page content
• Screenshots and images you capture
• Voice recordings and transcriptions (if you use voice features)
• Bookmarks, URLs, titles, and related metadata

Connected Services & Technical Information

To operate the Service, we also process:

• Data synchronized from connected tools (for example, MCP‑connected agents or other integrations you explicitly authorize)
• Google user data you explicitly authorize, such as Gmail message content, headers, thread metadata, and related mailbox synchronization state when you connect a Google account
• Technical logs such as authentication events, API usage, and basic device identifiers for reliability and abuse prevention

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Store, index, and retrieve your memories as you request
• Import, synchronize, search, and summarize connected Google data only to provide the user-facing MemoAIr features you choose to use
• Provide the Chrome extension, dashboard, and MCP integrations
• Authenticate you and secure your account
• Improve reliability, performance, and features of the Service
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

Google User Data

If you connect a Google account, MemoAIr uses Google user data only to provide or improve visible features in the Service, such as importing Gmail threads into your private memory, synchronizing mailbox updates you request, and making that content searchable from your dashboard or authorized agents.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers or information resellers, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to train generalized AI models. You can disconnect Google integrations and request deletion of associated data through the product or by contacting us.

Third‑Party Services & AI Processing

Some optional features rely on third‑party providers, for example voice processing (such as ElevenLabs) or AI models used to summarize and connect memories. When you use these features, relevant content may be sent to those providers solely to deliver the functionality you requested. We do not sell your data.

Data Security

We use industry‑standard security practices to protect data in transit and at rest. We also rely on reputable infrastructure partners for hosting and storage and require them to maintain appropriate security controls.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account information and memories for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can delete individual memories from the dashboard, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to limited legal or technical retention requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Correct or update inaccurate information

• Manage and disconnect integrations
